I have been licensed since 1978. I obtained my Brokers License in 1981. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland and have continued to take additional courses to keep fully informed on latest changes in laws and regulations.Two of the most recent courses that I have taken is "At Home with Divisity". This has given me a greater insight when working with people of other cultures.I feel that I am better equiped to be of service to them and meet their needs in a much better way.Also, I have taken a Title Insurance Licensing class. I completed the course and took the Maryland Title Insurance Produce Test and passed . This enables me to preside as a settlement officier at real estate closing should I choose to do so. But most inportantly, it gives me greater knowledge and a better understanding of  the entire home buying process.

I attribute my large referral base to knowledge and experience. I believe in open, and honest communication.Each real estate transaction is unique. With 27 years of experience,I have the ability to be prepared for all siturations. And because of the knowledge and experience,my customers and clients walk away from the settlement table knowing I did my job and I know my job.

In 1962 I lived in the Laurel area(Prince George County). And in 1973 I moved to Anne Arundel County .
